How to Change a Customer's Email

Should any of your customers need to change their email address and no longer have access to the email account under which they originally signed up, you can manually change their address for them.

Note: before acting on a request to change a customer's address, you should verify the customer's identity in whatever way is appropriate for your business.

  • Log into HostLaunch and click the customer's name in the customer list.
  • Click Account Actions in the upper right of the customer's account page.
  • Click Change Email.
  • In the window that appears, enter the customer's new email address, and click Change Email.
