How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication for a Customer

HostLaunch allows you to disable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your customers in case they lose access to their phone.

Before you disable 2FA, you must first verify the identity of your customer in whichever way is appropriate for your business.

When you're ready to disable the customer's 2FA, go to the customer list in HostLaunch and click the customer whose 2FA you are going to disable.

On the customer's page, click the Account Actions button in the top right. Click Disable 2-Step Auth which will bring up a confirmation page. Finally, click the orange Disable 2-Step Authentication button to complete the process.
