The Custom Domain feature is limited to the Professional plan. You can upgrade to the Pro plan in your account settings.
Before enabling the custom domain, you must create a CNAME record at your DNS provider.
The HostLaunch Pro plan includes the option to host your customer portal on your own domain (e.g. manage.yourhostingcompany.com), instead of the HostLaunch-provided subdomain (e.g. yourhostingcompany.hostlaunchcdn.com). In order to use a custom domain, you must create a CNAME record at your DNS provider.
To enable a custom domain on your HostLaunch account:
HostLaunch will begin the process of verifying your DNS record and generating an SSL cert. Once this is done you will receive an email letting you know your domain is now ready to use.
If more than 48 hours have passed and the custom domain still has not been enabled, please contact HostLaunch support.
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propogate.
